Fillers

For a natural solution

Dermal fillers are a preferred treatment in aesthetic medicine for treating wrinkles, fine lines, and skin laxity. They are used, among other things, to restore volume loss that occurs gradually with aging and to naturally enhance certain areas of the face. Lips can also be plumped or desired facial shapes modified (nose, chin, jawline).

After over 20 years on the market worldwide, dermal fillers have demonstrated their effectiveness and safety when injected by authorized healthcare professionals who are well-trained.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is naturally produced by the body and contributes to hydration, firmness, volume, and elasticity of the skin.

The cost of a filler injection session starts at $600 but can vary depending on the quantity and areas treated.

The use of fillers has been done since the 1970s for certain eye surgeries and osteo-arthritis treatment. The first hyaluronic acid for aesthetic purposes was approved in Canada in 1998. All fillers used at Soi are, of course, approved by Health Canada.

The administered quantity is minimal for a natural effect. Contrary to popular belief, fillers are injected into specific locations to optimize their effects. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. The physician must evaluate your health condition, expectations based on your physiognomy, and explain the real effects as well as possible side effects.

Achieving certain goals will be discussed according to your budget to ensure transparency from every perspective. It is also possible to establish a multi-month treatment plan to achieve these goals.

Suitable for all skin types

for all individuals

During the session, the effects are usually immediate. The treating physician will review your health profile to ensure that your medical condition is favorable for this treatment. We will provide a realistic response to your expectations so that you can make an informed decision.

If needed, depending on desired results, and treated area, maintenance might be required (between 4 to 12 months, and in some areas, up to 18 months). It is therefore temporary and highly localized. It is often combined with neuromodulators (Letybo/Botox/Dysport) and other treatments to better meet your needs.

Possible treated areas include:

  • Tear Troughs and Eye Circles
  • Lips
  • Chin
  • Facial Contour
  • Lateral Cheeks
  • Others

We are also pleased to offer RadiesseMD, a long-lasting calcium-based filler, and SculptraMD, a product that stimulates your body's collagen production.

These options allow our team to choose the product or combination of products that best meets your needs.

Muscle Relaxants

For a natural solution

Neuromodulators (muscle relaxants) have been used in aesthetics since the 1990s. This substance has been used for a while. Neuromodulators (muscle relaxants) are used to treat wrinkles and can prevent the formation of new wrinkles (fine lines). A very low dose of purified botulinum toxin is injected directly into the muscles responsible for "expression" wrinkles. This reduces their contraction forces, resulting in a natural smoothing of wrinkles while preserving small muscle movements for a natural look. The doctor will assess the strength of the facial muscles you want to relax in order to determine the ideal dosage for that muscle. The treatments are quick, simple, relatively painless, and have very few side effects.

In general, the price of a treatment starts at $250 but may vary depending on the area, quantity, and type of product used.

Botox was initially indicated for medical conditions in the 1980s (strabismus, eyelid diseases, spastic paralysis, etc.) and found its new indication in aesthetics in the 1990s. Neuromodulators are administered in a highly personalized manner to achieve a rested appearance without a frozen look. There is no one-size-fits-all recipe. The treating physician will review your medical history to ensure that you are a suitable candidate for this treatment. We will provide realistic expectations so that you can make an informed decision. If desired, you can have the first treatment during the medical consultation.

Depending on the product chosen, the effect will appear between 2 to 8 days. To maintain the desired results, maintenance appointments are usually scheduled every 3 to 5 months. The effect is temporary and highly localized.

Bio-stimulating Agents

For a natural solution

To benefit from the best available treatments, we are pleased to offer Sculptra® and Radiesse® to restore volume and stimulate collagen production.

Collagen bio-stimulating agents are made of molecules that, when injected, gradually stimulate collagen production in the tissues. The effect is gradual, natural, and continues over several years, improving the quality and firmness of the skin.

These options allow our team to choose the product or combination of products or technologies that best meet your needs, targeting both wrinkles and skin laxity.

Treats all skin types

men and women

Radiesse®

Radiesse® is the only dermal filler that provides instant smoothing of wrinkles and stimulates collagen production for long-lasting results. The average number of sessions required for complete correction varies from person to person, depending on the degree of volume loss observed.

The cost of Radiesse treatments starts at $850/1.5 ml. The cost may vary depending on quantities and areas to be treated.

Radiesse® is approved by Health Canada.

Sculptra®

Sculptra® achieves visible changes that appear gradually over time. The results become visible as collagen is replaced, creating a pulpier appearance in the injected areas. The full effect of Sculptra is achieved over several weeks, but the results will remain visible for longer.

We recommend approximately 3 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart. Afterward, we will reassess the situation a few months later. The results can last from 1 to 2 years with required maintenance.

In many regions of the world, Sculptra® is successfully administered to specific areas of the body to create volume and improve skin laxity. A highly popular area for this type of injection is the buttocks, also known as "Sculptra Butt Lift" or "Non-surgical Butt Injections."

The cost of a syringe of Sculptra® is $950, depending on the area and quantity used.

Sculptra® is approved in Canada for facial injections only.

Skinboosters

For a natural solution

Skinbooster are aesthetic treatments that involve injecting hyaluronic acid into the deep layers of the skin. Hyaluronic acid is a substance naturally present in our bodies that has the ability to hydrate and revitalize the skin. They help improve the texture, hydration, and radiance of the skin while reducing fine lines and wrinkles.

In general, the cost of a Skinboosters session starts at $600 but may vary depending on the quantity and areas administered.

The effect of Skinboosters appears gradually, and you may notice improvement after the first treatment. For optimal results, 3 to 4 treatments (at least) are recommended annually.

PRP involves isolating, from a blood sample (performed by an experienced nurse), the platelets and active growth factors, to concentrate them through centrifugation process. Due to the growth agents, vitamins, proteins, and other nutrients present, they contribute to skin renewal by stimulating the production, multiplication, and renewal of collagen and elastin, which give the skin its elasticity properties.

The expected benefits include an improvement in your skin's elasticity with a smoothing of fine lines as well as an improvement in skin tone. Results are evident within the first few weeks after the first injection. To achieve sustained benefits, a series of 3 treatments each 3-4 weeks), followed by 1 to 2 treatments annually to maintain the results over time.

The cost is $549* per treatment (see our value packages available in the clinic).
